Gretchen Koitz
Principal | KoitzGroup @ Long & Foster Real Estate Inc.
Gretchen Koitz understands that a property, regardless of its price, holds and reflects a lifetime investment for each client. Because of this, hands-on service and establishing client relationships are the principles by which she practices real estate sales. She consistently represents a broad spectrum of buyers and sellers, from those selling and seeking multi-million dollar estates to those in the moderately priced home market. In 2007 Gretchen received Long and Foster’s Masters Club award for her outstanding production level and for the high praise that she consistently receives from her clients.
Almost a native of the Washington, D.C. area, Gretchen has lived in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C. since she was four years old. In her other lives, Gretchen worked on Capitol Hill as an administrative assistant to a Member of Congress, in a non-profit agency monitoring state and federal elections, and at a private school in the development office. Gretchen has over 20 years experience in residential real estate. While consistently ranking in the top 1/2% of all Realtors nationwide, Gretchen also volunteers her time and shares her expertise as the Director of New Agent Training in the highest grossing office on the East Coast (over $1 billion in sales for the past 5 years).
