Many homeowners are interested in knowing the current market value of their houses, and this is especially true if there’s a chance of selling in the near future.  While it is unrealistic (and unprofessional, in our opinion) to assure any sort of valid assessment using only online tools, we can help you find a range of value if you are willing to provide certain basic criteria.
